Hypertec is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Plainfield, IN.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Lead and guide a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational targets.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and process compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on warehouse processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Track and report daily throughput, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Promote and enforce a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Escalate warehouse, operational, or quality issues to supervisors and propose process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What Sets You Apart
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in production or assembly; 6+ months in a leadership or team lead role required.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Highschool diploma, GED or technical training program in electronics, computer science or any related area.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English at the Full professional proficiency level
- This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Well organized and ability to manage priorities.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership presence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
