Sales Representative (Commission-Based) – Accounting Services

Dadmi Tilitoimisto Finland Oy is a Vantaa-based accounting and corporate services firm, providing bookkeeping, VAT and tax filing, payroll, company formation, and related services to a broad client base including sole traders, SMEs, and international corporate service providers.<br><br>We are looking for a self-driven, independent sales representative to grow our client base. This is a commission-only role — there is no base salary. Payment is made per signed and invoiced client contract, under an independent agency/commission agreement (not an employment contract).<br><br>**Responsibilities:**<br><br>- Identify and approach prospective business clients in the target sectors below<br> <br>- Present Dadmi Tilitoimisto's accounting and corporate service offerings<br> <br>- Manage outreach and initial negotiations through to signed client agreements<br> <br>- Work independently, setting your own hours and approach to outreach<br> <br><br>**Target sectors:**<br><br>- Taxi and transport operators<br> <br>- Restaurants<br> <br>- Small cleaning companies<br> <br>- Small IT and web design companies<br> <br><br>We are especially interested in candidates with strong networks among immigrant and international entrepreneurs based in Finland.<br><br>**Requirements:**<br><br>- Self-motivated with strong outreach and negotiation skills<br> <br>- English and/or other languages (e.g. Hindi, Urdu, Somali, Arabic, Russian) an advantage<br> <br>- Understanding of small business operations and needs in Finland<br> <br>- Ability to work independently and invoice as a business or via a light-entrepreneur (kevytyrittäjä) service.<br> <br><br>**Compensation:** Commission-based, paid as a percentage of recurring client revenue. The agent will receive a share of the revenue generated from each client they bring in — payable for a period of either 1 or 2 years of recurring income per client, terms negotiable depending on the client and contract type.
