Would you be excited to be the heart of logistics for a supply chain spanning Western Europe? Carlsberg is seeking a highly accountable, forward-thinking IT lead for our transportation, distribution, and warehouse applications.

  

What you’ll be doing

As Product Owner for Transport & Distribution you will make sure Carlsberg’s 9 Western Europe markets enjoy excellent automation. That includes end-to-end application stability, reliability, supportability, continuous improvement, and long-term strategy.

 

You will be the first point of contact for our production systems, steering the team that responds to incidents. You will drive optimization, standardization, and automation, targeting lower cost and high availability. You will plan and prioritize the changes and updates that best support business goals and you’ll steer a skilled engineering team to deliver on time and budget.

 

Looking ahead you will enable us to transform logistics for the future, optimizing our systems and processes, and the applications that enable them.

 

Your primary tasks and responsibilities:

 

• Be the person accountable for end-to-end application stability, operability, evolution, lifecycle, and financials
• Partner with business peers and leaders to plan and prioritize changes
• Manage strategic vendors and partners, set appropriate KPIs, ensure delivery as planned and proper governance in transition from project to operations
• Anchor changes across our organization to ensure adoption and ROI
• Manage and optimize a system landscape including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA (EWM), Blueyonder TMS, Microlise suite (Journey Management, EPOD, Planning & Optimization), Consafe Astro, Chevin Fleetwave
• Lead testing for new features, service packs, or hotfixes within your portfolio
• Help define our next-generation architecture and roadmap

 

 

Who we’re looking for

A focused professional with experience in logistics and supply chain.

 

Specifically, we imagine that you have:

• Experience from a similar position in a global company
• Experience with SAP logistics
• Knowledge of any BlueYonder, Consafe Astro, Microlise, or Chevin applications
• Solution-oriented attitude and ability to support in debugging or finding the answer to a complex requirement
• Very good understanding of E2E supply chains and supporting systems
• Experience leading outsourced delivery teams
• Change management & communication skills
• Experience with strategic transformation
• Ability to explain complicated concepts and IT in a simple way
