Job Summary
We're looking for a Senior Facility Transformation Project Manager to lead large-scale facility modernization and capital improvement projects across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll drive the planning, execution, and delivery of facility transformations that enable new production capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead facility transformation and capital improvement projects from concept development through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and capital expenditure approvals.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, and equipment suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee facility renovations, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage project changes to maintain schedule and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and commissioning records while providing regular updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance facility efficiency, optimize workflows, and reduce project costs without compromising safety or quality.
• Support facility layout redesigns and manufacturing flow improvements to accommodate new equipment, production lines, and future capacity growth
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing, industrial, facility, or capital improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, cost control, and contractor oversight.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and industrial infrastructure systems.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and capital approvals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of facility layout optimization, Lean manufacturing principles, and production workflow design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
