Responsibilities

• Works closely with and supports Business Director Emulsions Polymers (EP) and Regional Product Managers with various strategic and tactical analyses
• Develops a good understanding of market dynamics within EMEA for EP business line and their impacts on product lines` results
• Financial modeling – supports short term and long term financial forecasting and various ad hoc requests, reviews month-end results by monitoring revenue, production costs and variable margin
• Prepares and reviews earnings flashes, forecasts and budgets
• Assist in the various ad hoc tasksSal for Tax department and internal/external Audit
• Works closely with Business line controller (EP) in various task, including but not limited to the creation of budget, analysis on current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures, and presents these to leadership

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent is required
• 5-6 years’ experience in financial controlling, FP&A, general ledger and financial reporting, business analysis or sales business line controlling
• Expert customer focus and software skills - MS Excel and SAP experience
• Effective communication skills with all level of management
• Understanding of finance and accounting operations
• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, comprehensive understanding of financial issues
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Plant controlling experience is an advantage
