We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled summer Intern to join our sales organization. The Central Sales Ops Business Analyst for AI intern will be instrumental in driving GenAI projects and solutions, exploring new AI tools, and contributing to the sales team's success while supporting our Worldwide Sales team. The Central Sales Ops Business Analyst for AI coordinates generative AI initiatives, identifies use cases to improve efficiency, and leads process discovery and testing. This role involves developing project plans with timelines, risks, and responses. You'll collaborate closely with Business, IT, and our data scientists' teams to create solutions aligned with Sales business objectives. Additionally, exploring various AI tools for organizational efficiency will be encouraged. As an intern with Micron's Central Sales Ops, you'll be crucial in leveraging AI to enhance our sales processes and boost customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Participate in discussions and propose GenAI solutions for the Sales Organization by exploring and evaluating AI tools & Technologies (M365 Copilot, Genimi, Salesforce Einstein, Copilot for Sales, etc.) 
• Assist in developing AI-driven solutions to enhance sales processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive GenAI initiatives.
• Manage generative AI projects, identify use cases to boost efficiency, and oversee process discovery and testing.

Learning Opportunities: 

• Acquire knowledge and experience in a global Sales Operations team.
• Develop relationships and lead cross-functional projects.
• Get hands-on experience with advanced AI technology.

Requirements 

Education: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management or a related field. 
• Knowledge of using AI-driven analytics tools like M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Einstein, or similar 

Skills: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, showing initiative and a proactive attitude.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset; Eagerness to learn, open to new ideas, and continuously improving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.
• Availability to serve in the role during the summer months of 2024
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Basic understanding of AI tools and applications 

Experience: 

• Experience in Business Analysis is desired 
• Project management and data analytics is not required, but a plus 

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$27.36 - $34.93
