At Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors, you’ll provide non-medical home care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. This is a meaningful role where your compassion, reliability, and positive attitude matter just as much as your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting a Safe & Comfortable Home

• Help maintain a clean, safe living environment

• Report any safety concerns

Helping with Daily Living Tasks

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Support with mobility, transfers, and light exercise

• Provide medication reminders

Light Household Support

• Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Transportation to appointments or community activities (as needed)

Companionship & Connection

• Engage in conversation and social interaction

• Provide emotional encouragement

• Read, play games, or participate in hobbies together

You’re not just helping with tasks — you’re helping someone maintain independence and dignity.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old

• Able to lift 25 lbs

• Reliable, compassionate, and responsible

• Able to complete required home care training before working independently

• Physically and mentally able to meet job demands
