About the Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development of innovative solutions that simplify and enhance how users manage their personal finances using cryptocurrency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to deliver a seamless and secure experience for our users. In this role, you will focus on bringing cutting-edge fintech solutions to market, enabling effortless daily transactions and investments with cryptocurrency. Your efforts will help accelerate the adoption of crypto for everyday use cases globally. What You'll Be Doing:

Product Development: Shape the vision and strategy for a new, innovative product that enables users to easily manage their finances through cryptocurrency. Ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Roadmap Execution: Build and manage a product roadmap that balances user feedback and business goals. Drive execution to deliver impactful features in a timely manner.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and to enhance the overall user experience.

User Insights: Leverage user research and data analysis to prioritize product enhancements, ensuring the product continuously meets user expectations and drives engagement.

Fintech Innovation: Introduce modern financial solutions to the product, focusing on making everyday transactions easier and more accessible for users.

Compliance and Security: Work with internal teams to ensure the product meets all regulatory and security requirements, maintaining a strong focus on user trust and safety.

What We Look For In You:

Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally within fintech, payments, or related industries. Experience bringing new financial products or payment solutions to market is highly valued.

Execution-Oriented: A strong track record of turning product strategies into reality, with experience in successfully delivering products within tight timelines.

Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data and user feedback to make informed product decisions that enhance the user experience.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate product goals, strategies, and progress to both internal teams and stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of modern financial technologies and evolving industry trends, with a curiosity and passion for the fintech and crypto space.
