Tresata Human Resources Generalist I

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Human Resources Generalist (“HRG I”) helps the HR team with every part of Tresata employees’ lifecycle, including recruiting, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR data and analytics.

As a Tresata HRG I, your responsibilities include supporting Tresata’s global hiring team, researching ways to improve and administer employee policies, conducting interviews, answering employee questions about policies and benefits, periodically auditing our HRIS to ensure data integrity, organizing meaningful employee interaction opportunities, facilitating new hire orientation, and collecting and analyzing HR data to make data-driven recommendations.

Additional responsibilities include organizing training materials, creating and distributing internal communications, updating org charts and job descriptions, and working with and on cross-functional teams. An HRG I also helps promote global hiring opportunities at Tresata, through online platforms, social media, and other innovative channels.

Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in an intense, fast-paced, organization, the capacity to pivot rapidly and enthusiastically, and a passion for data insights and Tresata’s vision to enrich life. The strongest candidates will have a working knowledge of and experience with employment laws including EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, OSHA and other local, state and federal laws applicable in the workplace.

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field required
2. Maximum of 2 years of previous human resources experience in a fast-paced organization
3. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
4. Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
5. Highly organized and resourceful with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
6. Knowledge of employment laws and procedures consistent with the applicable jurisdiction (local, state, etc)
7. Resourceful and able to work autonomously, including an ability to attract top talent and leverage multiple sourcing channels

4. Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting/standing and computer use + Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
