You'll manage sales, inventory, food safety, and operational excellence across stores. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier guest experiences and maintain store excellence
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Lead sales growth, manage inventory and uphold brand standards
• Oversee food operations and ensure team ServSafe certification
• Support strategic store operations while preparing for future store management roles

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in food service or retail management
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in P&L analysis and tech-savvy
• Ability to travel for training and lift up to 50 lbs
