About the Role: This role will support the clinical research program and publications. This role will be responsible for management of the clinical research portfolio as well as protocol development and study coordination. This role will also support publication planning and execution as well as other medical writing needs. This role will work collaboratively with Laboratory Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Project/Program Management, and Business Development. This is a remote position, though travel may be required periodically.
What You Will Bring:
Masters Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Development and/or Medical Affairs; diagnostics experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products
Strength with data visualization
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
What You Will Do:
Oversee clinical research portfolio, including prioritization and resourcing across portfolio, timeline management, and risk assessment
Manage IIT request process, including initial screening and scoping of project proposals
Lead clinical research study team meetings to coordinate study planning and execution activities
Contribute to clinical research protocol development, including protocol writing, study design, and protocol approvals
Support clinical operations planning, including development of study-level operations documents and clinical research SOPs in support of company-sponsored and partner/biopharma-sponsored research
Prepare and execute on IRB submissions for company-sponsored research
Support publication planning, including identification of key conferences and abstract deadlines
Oversee and support the publication development process, including medical writing, poster/presentation preparation, approvals, and submissions
Provide medical writing support to cross-functional teams
This role is offering a salary between $195,000-235,000, generous equity, along with medical, dental and vision benefits. You will be working on interesting problems with extremely high impact.
