Sales - Norris Ford in Dundalk

All Roads/Norris Ford is searching for a motivated Sales Consultant to sell New AND Pre-Owned Ford vehicles at our Dundalk, MD location. Use your high energy in this fast-paced environment where we offer flexible work schedules and an opportunity for growth! Prior automotive sales a plus! Must have a valid driver's license, be 21 years old and insurable by our carrier. This is a strong commission based opportunity.

Salary & Schedule

40 hours a week, Monday - Saturday (one day off during the week and Sunday)

Strong commission based opportunity with ability to make $100K+

Responsibilities:

Customer focused-determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Take customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features (must have a valid driver’s license)
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales!
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up efforts
Prepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrival
Perform the delivery presentation- ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
