The work:
The Infrastructure Support team is responsible for maintaining several systems, and networks that provide the infrastructure platforms for the clients capabilities and data. This team is accountable for system administration, identity and authentication, information system security accreditation, data storage and backup, physical infrastructure maintenance, and automation development. The team ISSOs will be responsible for maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for applications and systems.
Here's what you need:
- 8 years of experience in IT
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Microsoft system engineering support experience in three or more of the following areas: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Event Logs (Event Viewer), Azure, Office 365, and SCCM
- Cisco and networking support with expertise in three or more of the following areas: Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN solutions, network security, network performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex network issues
- Managed teams/projects and/or workstreams in decision -making, coaching, mentoring, developing the team's skills and/or managing conflicts
- Active Top Secret clearance or prior Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access is required
Bonus points if you have:
- VMWare vSphere experience
- Dell Server, and SAN Storage hardware experience
- Familiarity with the ATO processes
- Experience evaluating, documenting, and managing NIST 800-53 control implementations
- Experience with GRC tools (RiskVision, Xacta and JCAM)
- Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- VMware Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
