12-hour shifts; 8-hour shifts 

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem 

 

FlexStaff is seeking Registered Nurses for our client, a specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospital. 

Experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Recently graduated Nurses can apply while awaiting licensure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Upholding and promoting best practices in professional conduct and patient-centered care delivery. 

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status, ensuring accurate documentation. 

• Establishing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, including effective milieu management and crisis intervention strategies. 

• Managing and administering medications according to established protocols. 

• Uphold patient confidentiality 

Requirements: 

• NYS License and Registration required  

• Psychiatric experience is preferred 

• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and compassionate approach. 

• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
