The Opportunity:
This Software Engineering Internship program will be for 10 weeks (40 hours each week), starting June 2, 2025 and ending August 8, 2025. The first week will be onsite at our corporate office in Blue Ash, Ohio. You will be exposed to hands-on training to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. You’ll work with management to analyze and anticipate business needs, identify challenges and learn healthcare related issues and regulations.
You’ll be given the opportunity to tackle real-world projects, share your insights with senior leadership and make an impact during your internship. A dedicated mentor will be teamed up with you to coach and guide you throughout the program.
Essential Job Functions
- Hands-on training to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. Connect with people and work on building key personal and trusted relationships to foster communication.
- Partner with business leaders to analyze and anticipate business needs, identify challenges and learn healthcare related issues and regulations.
- Work on a long term project to help solve a business problem. Assist with brain storming ideas and brining a creative and curious mind to help elevate the business.
- Partner with mentor to help improve financial outcomes and patient experiences
- Participate in development and gain exposure into various areas of the business.
- Learn metrics that help drive the business. Work with mentor to report on business trends and team performance.
