Talent Acquisition Specialist- Remote

We are looking for Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with passion in matching tech people’s aspirations with challenging job openings within European Institutions. You will work in a remote service mode with an International Technical Acquisition Specialist team. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs, creating pipeline list for future needs; Perform the quality review of the CVs received and finalize the compensation and benefit packages 
• Own and juggle multiple job openings and maintain high quality pool of candidates  
• Implement organisational wide recruitment strategies for high volume searches 
• Ensure high levels of communication and consultation with candidates, hiring managers and account managers
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of top talent; consider the diversity of candidate pools when conducting research 
• Update candidate’s records in the Recruitment System 

Job Requirements  

Mandatory 

• 2+ proven experience, as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Proven experience in recruitment in international/multicultural environment 
• Experience in IT/SW Engineering Recruitment; Proven understanding of the duties and technical competencies of different roles
• Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and come up with creative solutions
• Exceptional organizational and follow up skills; Excellent communicator; 

 Nice to have 

• Working knowledge of Greenhouse recruiting system 
• Talent Acquisition Specialist experience for European Institutions
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, human resources, IT or Software Development or relevant field
