Funding Account Specialist - 100% remote

This position is 100% remote, working from your home.  

Funding Account Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Completes daily funding letters and registers to clients.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Track daily bank account activity to individual customer accounts.
• Troubleshoot questions from clients who maintain their own bank accounts.
• Post and release registers in Impact and Redcard.
• Internally setup and terminate groups in Impact.
• Verifies client accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
• 3-4 years of general accounting experience required
