Job Title: LPN or RN – Full-Time, 2nd Shift (2 PM – 10 PM)

Location: Heritage Pointe of Huntington – Huntington, IN
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required
Compensation: Competitive pay, shift differential, weekend bonus pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Document resident status and care accurately and timely

• Promote a positive, resident-first environment

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Indiana (required)

• Experience in Assisted Living, LTC, or similar setting preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
