Summary: The Inside Sales Representative Club Glove will manage a territory of 200+ accounts with a focus on building strong relationships through identifying needs, providing solutions, effective communication, product education and industry leading service. In addition to account management, this role will be responsible for all Customer Service-related responsibilities and handling inbound calls/inquiries. The focus will be to use every customer interaction as a selling opportunity in efforts to meet our annual US Sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management drive product education to all accounts through informative email correspondence and outbound Sales calls. 
  • Educate all accounts on CG’s Sales programs with the goal of driving incremental volume. 
  • Responsibly manage a promotional budget. Initiate monthly mailings/correspondence to account base highlighting key product stories or promotions that align with CG Sales objectives.
  • Drive Sales create and sell appropriate limited time sales opportunities using promotional budgets and Marketing resources. 
  • Initiate sales/service calls, by telephone, to all accounts with a goal of a minimum of 5 annual contacts per account. Maximize in-season tournament opportunities to drive incremental volume. Coordinate Pre-book calls with top customers, deliver product presentation and close a commitment for the following season
  • Customer Service Order entry and maintenance for all inbound customer calls and email inquiries. Be available within the CG Loop line for x hours per day. Manage customization process from start to finish, including Artworks support and coordination with Custom Ops team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of (2-3) years of Customer Service & Sales experience. 
  • Must exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills. Intermediate to Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Frequent workdays of greater than eight hours per day.
  • Self-starter that’s an expert in building long lasting relationships. Great listener that identifies customer needs and offers mutually beneficial solutions. 
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment.
  • Exhibits confidence in self and others.
  • Accepts feedback from others. 
  • Golf Industry knowledge and/or experience preferred.
