POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Office Supervisor supervises various daily operations to their assigned center. Responsibilities range from administrative duties to assisting with the development of the center’s team. The role involves managing billing, payroll, and general reporting, as well as coordinating staff and patient schedules for mutual benefit. It includes participating in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of local BTs and administrative staff while supporting the process for clinical staff. Responsibilities also encompass supervising employee and client relations, ensuring the center's financial health through key performance indicators, and maintaining a safe, effective facility. Additionally, this full-time, non-exempt position requires clear communication with staff, patients, and families, along with handling facility operations such as maintenance scheduling, cleaning management, and supply orders. Collaborating with other managerial personnel, the role further supports the center’s growth and delivery of quality treatment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
Represent CARD in a positive manner and uphold all CARD standards and values
Communicate, implement, and represent CARD’s policies and mission at the center
Create and maintain strong staff engagement and culture
Assist with the process to onboard administrative and clinical staff on an as needed/ongoing basis
Supervise administrative staff and clinicians’ daily operations to ensure employee and patient satisfaction
