Fixed Income Trader

About the Position

We are looking for a Fixed Income Trader to execute trades in the secondary market working closely with our ETF Trading team. You will make an immediate impact at the intersection of fixed income ETFs and their underlying securities, using independent thinking and a deep knowledge of fixed income instruments to find ways to enhance our approach.

Your working relationships, trader intuition, and ability to analyze large datasets will bring a lot of value to our team of highly motivated traders who have created a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

About You

• 3-7 years of experience in fixed income trading (some credit experience is a plus)
• Motivated and able to think critically and implement ideas in a fast-changing environment
• Experienced with teaching others and open to learning new techniques
• Strong communicator with excellent planning, analytical, and people skills 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement
