ABOUT THE JOB

As the Sr. Revenue Enablement Advisor for OneStream’s CRO team members, you will be responsible for end-to-end enablement program lifecycle from research, to build, deployment through measurement.  A key priority of the job is to provide enablement subject matter expertise and hands on leadership during the program build and deployment process.  It is important that you are comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record of successfully pivoting between the two when necessary.

This role develops, manages, and executes revenue enablement programs to ensure that the OneStream sales team members and partner sellers are well-equipped with the content, training, and resources to successfully support OneStream customers’ success and revenue growth goals.  You will be supported by thoughtful, inclusive, and accessible leaders.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of selling enterprise software solutions, developing behavioral outcome-based sales and leadership training and a proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement programs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build world class revenue enablement programs and drive high engagement through influence and reinforcement.
  • Engage with OneStream Sales and Alliance team leadership to monitor and improve the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs.
  • Assist in the design, build and execution of the annual sales kickoff and sales halftime events.
  • Establish a network of partner sponsors so that every partner enablement initiative has participation from the business in its planning, development, sign off, and release.
  • Define, build, deliver and measure revenue enablement programs, including new hire sales training inclusive of the Alliances Team, ongoing training, new product launches.
  • Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the OS sellers and partners to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Ensure the partner teams become competent in the sales deck, customer success stories, competitive differentiators, product benefits, etc.
  • Partner with Strategic Alliances Strategy on reporting and measurement to ensure that all partner enablement programs are tracked and measured.
  • Gather feedback from a regular basis to constantly improve enablement programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare enablement programs, leveraging Sales, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partner Alliance team members. 
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous communication streams for various training classes, enablement programs, and miscellaneous initiatives.
  • Soft Skills: understands selling and sales processes, delivery of messaging, ability to manage numerous detailed project tasks, has exceptional written communication skills, and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Leverage multiple delivery mediums including videos, podcasts, online training, and interactive workshops.
  • Works closely with the Instructional Design team to analyze program results and make enhancement recommendations.

 


QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Formal Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Knowledge and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a sales enablement or sales training.
  • 5+ years direct sales experience, software industry preferred.
  • Corporate Performance Management Experience Preferred
  • SaaS: Strong knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Prior quota carrying experience a plus.
