Customer Service Officer: English + Polish OR Lituanian OR Czech

<p>For our client we're looking for a Customer Service Officer.<br>In this role, you become the voice of support for drivers facing unexpected vehicle issues across Europe. You'll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.<br><br>- Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.<br>- Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.<br>- Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.<br>- Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.<br>- Be an integral part of a tight-knit, multilingual team that thrives on collaboration and mutual support.<br>- Operate within a 24/7 environment, where teamwork and flexibility are essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences.</p> <p>- You speak and write fluently in English Czech, and Lithuanian and/or Polish<br>- You are service-driven and naturally inclined to go the extra mile to support customers in stressful situations.<br>- Strong interpersonal skills help you adapt your communication style to various cultural and professional contexts.<br>- You enjoy working in a diverse team setting and are always ready to help others succeed.<br>- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.<br>- A hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.<br>- Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and embrace new challenges.</p>
