Overview
You will be a part of the Trust and Agency Services area under the Corporate Bank business line. As a member of the Investment Management Group you will use various systems to perform back-office trade settlement for Corporate Trust clients. The job requires interfacing with internal and external brokerage, our custodian bank, State Street, Mutual Fund Families and direct interaction with client administrators and client cash account managers. You will work with these internal and external parties to ensure daily trade settlement and payments are completed.

What You’ll Do
Monitor and settle trades in various markets. (DTC, The US Federal Reserve (FED), Euroclear & Clearstream, as well as Mutual Funds)
Process Corporate Action notifications
Allocation of principal & interest (P&I) payments and dividends to client investment accounts
Generation & control of wire payments
Client inquiry resolution
End of day settlement and reconciliation
Skills You’ll Need
Understanding of risk mitigation
Securities industry experience
Client relationship experience
Sensitivity to strict settlement and payment deadlines
The ability to problem solve with minimal supervision

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $40,000.00 to $62,750.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
