What you’ll do:
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the Senior Director of Marketing NAMER, will be responsible for overseeing all marketing GTM efforts across the US with responsibilities including brand, digital, and performance marketing. We’re looking for a marketing leader and visionary, who is excited to roll up their sleeves. A results driven, storyteller who gets excited to simplify data, build relationships and accelerate growth across the industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive NAMER go-to-market strategy
- Be a true business partner to the NAMER commercial leadership team (Will Platt Higgins, Patrick Albano, Dan Ackerman) working closely to set vision for growth, innovate brand building iniitiatives, and critically thinking about what is required to accelerate growth
- Set vision for growth and partner with senior commercial leaders to engage in debate, hone our strategy, and prove results
- Establish KPIs for NAMER region; track and report on metrics; collaborate with cross-functional marketing leaders to continuously optimize plans
- Set the vision, develop the strategy, and support the execution of performance marketing program
- Responsible for the NAMER media investment strategy, budget management, and KPI tracking
- Partner with analytics, MOPs, and digital to improve marketing attribution with focus on pipeline hygiene and lead routing process from marketing to sales
- Develop a strong point of view on messaging and how to simplify storytelling to break through with new and existing clients across channels (events, paid media, email nurture, demand gen)
- Find joy in defining the global/local balance, partner closely with other marketing leaders across the globe including regional leaders in EMEA and APAC, and Hold Co, Category, and Partnerships leaders, to build consensus and inspire the team to succed
Who you are:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 12-15 years of marketing experience at a brand advertiser, agency, media company, product marketing, performance marketing/demand gen
- Understandingof the programmatic advertising industry and AdTech ecosystem
- Clear understanding and experience working with and presenting to sales teams
- Compelling storyteller obsessed with performance motivated to simplify complexity.
- High EQwith the ability to build relationships across large teams and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to concept, develop, and execute integrated campaigns through paid, campaigns, events, editorial, social, and thought leadership
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, pipeline generation, analytics, event production and PR/Communications a must
- Detail-oriented, proactive attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
- Able to work independently and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders
- Comfortable in gray space with ability to break down complex problems into actionable work plans with test and learn agenda
- Experienced developing and managing a large team of 5-10 people
- Proficiency across multiple marketing tools/systems a plus: Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, Marketo, Asana Bizible, Excel, Tableau
- Mix of B2B/B2C background a plus
