Order Analyst

Cleaver Brooks is looking for an Order Analyst to join our team in Thomasville, GA. The Order Analyst is responsible for the processing of routine manufacturing orders.

Job Location: Thomasville, GA

Essential functions:

• Must possess basic familiarity with product knowledge, terminology and computer support systems.
• Processes routing orders under the direction of the Manager Order Entry or senior analysts. Notifies senior order analyst of discrepancies or issues on sales order.  Contacts appropriate personnel as directed.
• Directs questions regarding specification terms to senior order processor analyst or other internal department personnel as instructed.
• Assists senior order processor analyst with the preparation of internal documents to forward orders to affected departments.

Other Duties:

Internal Contacts: Contacts involve the receiving and preliminary settlement of communications of a limited or non-controversial nature.

External Contacts: Contacts required as a regular part of daily duties involving work of non-controversial nature.

Basic Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma plus 1 year training

Experience:  1 years to less than 5 years

Physical Skill & Effort:  Work requires moderate speed and accuracy operating office equipment.

Working Conditions and Hazards:  Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.
