Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vatica is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring a variety of positions across multiple departments of our company. This position will be recruiting for Clinical, IT, Sales, and more. It’s all about the right attitude at Vatica. We are a rapidly growing company that needs someone who can keep up with our pace. A sense of urgency and the ability to pivot are key for success. This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent across a variety of functions and within multiple geographies.
• Work to enhance presence on external job boards such as LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, facilitate with candidate and Human Resources for a smooth pre-employment and onboarding process
• Identify appropriate and effective placement of job postings and source candidates from lists, social media, existing databases, learning institutions, and associations as needed.
• Develop and maintain a constant candidate pipeline for open positions in large geographies served by the company
• Document, track, and be able to speak to all recruitment related activity as required
• Attend/participate in user groups, professional organizations, and attend industry and/or professional events in order to network and identify additional sources of candidates
• Collaborate with key business leaders and hiring managers fully understand their hiring objectives. Provide service with a consultative orientation, attention to detail, follow up and follow through.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for recruiting process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in a variety of geographies
• Ability to effectively work within a largely remote/virtual environment
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent from a multi-source pipeline
• Knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment, including thorough pre-qualification screening, behavioral interviewing and closing professional level candidates across multiple levels and disciplines
• Must be able to accurately represent the company and positions to candidates and be an effective business partner with company leaders to ensure a match between hiring needs and candidate experience/desires
• Experience working within common applicant tracking systems/tools
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
