We have an opening for a Supervisor Maintenance Repair based in our Franklin Park, IL facility.  In this role you will supervise the Maintenance and Machine Repair areas, schedule Maintenance Work Orders,  and address issues to optimize machine uptime and support production requirements.  This is a 3rd shift position.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Assign work orders and schedule daily activities.
• Communicate and monitor activities of employees and answer questions as requested.
• Prioritizes requests and schedules to optimize machine uptime.
• Develop and manage PM & TPM programs.
• Communicate with employees on job status and activities throughout day.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets to support goals and profitability.
• Schedule and monitor overtime as required.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental programs and policies.

 

Qualifications:

• 10+ Years Maintenance experience
• 6+ Years Supervisory experience
• Background in electrical, hydraulics and machining
• On-the-job experience in all lines of maintenance type jobs\
• Experience using power and hand tools.
