POSITION SUMMARYThe Lead Security Officer is responsible for the leadership of the security operations at the CRISTA Shores location. Enforce policies and procedures at all times and work towards assuring a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff and property. Respond and investigate security related incidents, report safety hazards observed during patrol activity and appropriately document actions and observations during assigned shift. Conduct routine random patrols of CRISTA property. Schedule, coordinate, evaluate, train and support other Security Officers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (General overview and may include all details of responsibilities) Emergency and Response Management:

Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies by assisting residents, staff or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
Contact appropriate staff and respond to their directions.
Call local emergency responders when appropriate and take action in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
