USPI Accounts Payable Specialist (Onsite based in Frisco, TX)

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing a range of accounts payable functions.  The specialist must have basic accounts payable knowledge, must be detail oriented, have strong time management skills, and possess effective communication skills. This position will report to the Director Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with USPI vendor address set up requests.
• Assist and handle stuffing and metering of checks.
• Handle/Assist the supplier onboard process of all new acquisitions.
• Assist AP Director with special projects.
• Back up vendor maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of accounts payable experience is required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Excel skills.
