Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering to join our engineering team to support projects across the Rowan project portfolio. The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager is a critical part of the technical team that will help support all aspects of the Rowan approach from site origination through operations of data centers, substations, and power distribution. The key focus for this role will include leading power acceleration strategy, design, and deployment to expedite in service timelines for Rowan critical capacity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects as a licensed Professional Engineer. The successful candidate will also have excellent strategic thinking skills, organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Travel:

Ability to travel up to (25%) for company gatherings, meetings, or to project sites.

Location:

Denver, Colorado – Hybrid Opportunity

Compensation: 165k-185k

Tailors message and medium to the audience, communicating clearly and concisely. Proactively shares information so the right people are informed and aligned. Fosters an effective communication across the team. Helps the department collaborate effectively.

· Process & Project Leadership – Proactively assesses and optimizes processes to improve team outcomes and help Rowan scale. Understands and acts on the importance of feedback loops, assesses failures in a no-fault environment and ensures processes and documents account for learnings. Accountable for goals and deliverables that are dependent on your own work and the work of other internal and external teams.

Essential Responsibilities

· The key focus for this role will include leading power acceleration strategy, design, and deployment to expedite in service timelines for Rowan critical capacity.

· Lead internal and external teams to decisions and drive to outcomes.

· Lead, direct, and manage consultants in the design, procurement, construction and implementation of power acceleration solutions, substations, data centers, and power distribution infrastructure. Identify risks during all stages of the project lifecycle.
