Description of Duties:

The Senior Mission Assurance Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·         Possess the ability to work closely with systems, electrical and mechanical engineers as well as facility operations and maintenance personnel and teams.

·         Apply Mission Assurance best practices to requirements definition, design, implementation, and verification of infrastructure and facility projects.

·         Perform Mission Assurance impact assessments and adjudicate issues with multiple mission partners in support of infrastructure projects.

·         Integrate and communicate with base civil engineering and communications squadrons in order to synchronize base and infrastructure projects against MDA research and development events.

·         Develop and maintain documentation such as updated processes, requirements traceability, matrices, Mission Assurance checklists, executive briefs, etc.

·         Adhere to all organizational environmental and safety programs.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of general experience.

·         Must have 7 years of related experience.

·         Must have one year of experience in management or leadership roles.

·         Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of facility operations and systems.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and SharePoint.

·         Must have an active DoD Secret, or higher, security clearance.

Desired Requirements:

·         Experience in the specialized construction trades (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC pref
