As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
General Operations
- Supporting the Executive Directors by assisting with the management of daily operations activities.
- Reviewing company processes, procedures, and systems to provide strategic support and recommendations to increase overall operational efficiency.
- Submitting and managing the annual operations budget including recurring expenses and short/long-term capital expenditures.
- Leading and overseeing major operations and facility projects.
- Assisting in periodic operations budget planning and oversight.
- Coordinating with other departments such as human resources, finance, programs, and development.
Facilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of all facilities ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Managing preferred vendor list, completing vendor audits, and acting as a liaison between internal staff and outside vendors.
- Coordinating and managing facility-related projects, including renovations and repairs.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Managing facilities’ inventory of building supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Working with the program team to ensure facilities meet all licensing requirements.
Information Technology
- Overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
- Managing IT hardware and software inventory, providing initial setup and on-going support for all staff
- Assisting in the creation of the IT plan, providing periodic reviews and recommendations.
- Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors.
- Leading all IT-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
- Conducting training sessions to improve staff proficiency in technology.
- Working with preferred vendor to manage onsite and cloud server.
Health and Safety Management
- Maintaining the organization’s safety plan, providing periodic reviews and recommendations.
- Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures as required by CARF, OSHA, and Licensing.
- Ensuring the organization complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular drills and ensuring all staff are familiar with emergency protocols.
- Leading the BuildAbility Safety Committee.
