This includes ensuring continuous alignment between existing and future processes and systems within the supply chain domain to facilitate the development of our new business initiatives. </p><p>The role requires knowledge in the flowing areas:</p><ul><li><p>End to End physical flow</p></li><li><p>Customer Service Management</p></li><li><p>Transportation and Warehousing</p></li><li><p>Quality and Serialization</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will be doing…  </b></p><p><b>Within Global Supply Chain Process &amp; Systems team:</b></p><ul><li><p>Be the functional owner of two strategic information systems: Kinaxis’ Rapid Response and SAP.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the overall consistency between business requests and processes in place and follow up jointly with GDIT team. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Processes &amp; Systems owner:</b></p><ul><li><p>Contribute to the Community of Transformation champions linking: Global Supply chain functions, (IBP, Commercial Supply chain, Logistics) &amp; local functions (Local Supply chain coordinators / manufacturing sites) &amp; IT.</p></li><li><p>Support best practices implementation.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the communication between IT Centers of excellence and Business teams. </p></li><li><p>Work closely with the Centers of excellence to ensure their teams deliver projects and bug fixing tickets on time and in full. </p></li><li><p>Monitor systems usage. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Prepare the future. Project Manager &amp; Subject Matter Expert </b></p><ul><li><p>Support the worldwide deployment of supply chain planning and execution processes. </p></li><li><p>Provide guidance and technical expertise to project teams. </p></li><li><p>Lead improvement projects on processes and systems </p></li><li><p>Lead solution upgrade projects to continuously tailor the systems to business needs. </p></li><li><p>Facilitate Change Management </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Contribute to GxP Compliance </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for…</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree level graduate or postgraduate in IT or Supply Chain </p></li><li><p>Proven experience in a similar role</p></li><li><p>Leading business specifications, functional design, integration, or support </p></li><li><p>Strong ERP user <span>experience. (SAP</span> is an advantage)</p></li><li><p>Strong Planning systems user experience (Rapid Response is an advantage)</p></li><li><p>Transformation and process improvement skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent French &amp; English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Ipsen is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
