Job Summary:
The Marketing Technology Activation team is hiring for a Digital Marketing Strategist responsible for collaborating with industry marketing teams and technical partners to improve customer experience and technology adoption across the enterprise.
This person will work directly with business units across our Mining, Construction, and Power industries to help optimize their overall digital marketing capabilities, while also educating and piloting new marketing technology as it becomes available. This position is located in an office setting. It is not considered hybrid or remote.
What You Will Do:
Understanding business unit partner marketing strategy and incorporating it into enterprise level digital solutions.
Developing strategies related to marketing technologies and digital marketing process excellence to improve marketing performance.
Leads efforts in aligning marketing technology roadmaps with business goals.
Advocates for business units needs in marketing technology and/or engineering planning meetings, reveals, and retrospectives.
What You Will Have:
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
Top candidates will also have:
Professional experience in marketing either with a corporation or creative agency
Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations
Thorough knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs
Capable of providing actionable insights from marketing performance data
A deep understanding of Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe marketing tools.

This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; or Irving, TX (Dallas) offices.
Summary Pay Range:
$106,194.25 - $165,840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market
