RESPONSIBILITIES

For our Northern Europe Team, HR Services EMEA, we are currently looking for an intern to support in the areas of HR Administration and Talent acquisition with the following tasks:
 

• You will support the ongoing service delivery for all administration of employee life cycle events from hiring to employee termination for the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).
• You will support the monthly payroll activities and work closely together with the payroll administration.
• Support the recruiting process administration.
• Data maintenance within our HR Systems in SAP and the Payroll database.
• You will support in ongoing global projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are currently studying business administration or a comparable university degree and have a passion for HR.
• Your studies require you to do a mandatory internship, and you are based in Germany.
• You speak fluent English, and one of the Nordic languages as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
• You work routinely with MS Office products and you quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• You excel in collaborative team environments, but also exhibit the capability to work autonomously with an open-minded perspective.
• SAP experience is a big plus but not necessary.
