What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care in facility-based settings such as hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab centers, schools, and clinics
• Conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions
• Interpret and carry out physician orders and respond to changes in patient status
• Oversee and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Communicate effectively with care teams, patients, and families

What You Need:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare facility
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor
• Adaptability, accountability, and a passion for quality care
