Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Senior Director of Program Operations. This role will shape and lead the strategic direction of our Program Operations Department to include administrative services, case management care team, and program excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director of Program Operations will oversee the development and execution of operational strategies that support the organization’s mission and drive measurable outcomes. This includes full oversight of compliance, process improvement, and business planning across the department. The successful candidate will be an innovative systems-thinker, an experienced team leader, and a collaborative partner across all programmatic and administrative functions. In addition, success in this role will require a strong understanding of existing and future DP programming, strategic priorities, project management principles and practices, budgetary and data management expertise, and demonstrated business forecasting/planning acumen.

$108,697.00 - $139,716.00 annually

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of Director-level experience in a human services field
- Minimum of three - seven (7) years of management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State Home and Community Based Services and non-Home and Community Based services statutes, regulations, and requirements
- Deep understanding of developmental disabilities and person-centered planning
- Proficiency with case management software and analytics tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
- Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in human services or related field
