The Design & Build team is responsible for the core experience that enables designers to transform their creative visions into reality. As a PM on the Design & Build > Styles team, you will enable visual developers to design and build amazing web experiences at scale, with powerful and flexible primitives for styling—including variables, selectors, and interactions. You will have the unique opportunity to drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions, leveraging the power of the GSAP library natively in Webflow.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:
- Own the vision and roadmap for one of Webflow’s core visual development capabilities, Styles, including variables, selectors, and interactions.
- Drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions, leveraging the power of the GSAP library natively in Webflow.
- Bring the voice of the visual developer to the product development process: developing deep user empathy, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights with expertise in crafting experiences for the web.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, user research, data, and GTM teams to bring to life new tools and capabilities.
- Operate at every level of fidelity—sweating the UX details of styling single elements while also pushing to unlock bold new capabilities for style and motion.
- Prioritize the highest-leverage areas to tackle across a massive surface area.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:
- Have 7+ years experience in product management, design or related discipline
- Are excited about empowering builders, designers, and creatives with amazing tools
- Are deeply familiar with frontend web development: HTML, CSS, Javascript and modern frameworks like React. Familiarity with web animation / motion is a plus!
- Articulate a bold vision, and can collaboratively partner and influence cross-organizationally to create a path to achieve it
- Lead by fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
- Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
- Can effectively communicate complex topics to a broad range of audiences
- Thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
