The Opportunity

We are looking for SAP BASIS and HANA Expert with proven through 10+ years of experience and an SME in SAP HANA and S/4 HANA landscapes.

What you need to succeed

SAP HANA Expertise:

• Proven experience with SAP HANA and S/4 HANA landscapes. 

• Building and improving Native HANA models, views, and BOBJ reports. 
• Monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting SAP HANA systems. 
• Implementing HANA Table management techniques (data compression, table partitioning, etc.). 
• Familiarity with HANA installation, data provisioning, administration, and modeling.

SAP BASIS Skills: 

• Technical planning, installations, and configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router, etc.). 
• Upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver. 
• Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and SSL certificate installation. 
• Experience with BRTOOLS for space management. 
• Incident management (troubleshooting OS-level issues, analyzing logs, etc.). 

High Availability and Disaster Recovery: 

• Understanding of HANA high availability mechanisms. 
• Knowledge of SAP system migration (DMO tool) and upgrades. 

SQL Scripting and Performance Optimization: 

• Strong SQL scripting skills. 
• Crafting stored procedures and optimizing code performance. 

SAP Data Archiving and Integration: 

• Experience in SAP data archiving. 
• Integration of SAP HANA with remote systems. 

Operating Systems and Networking: 

• Familiarity with Linux (required for SAP environment). 
• Understanding of hardware and networking connectivity relevant to SAP. 

Documentation and Support: 

• Early Watch configuration and analysis. 
• Transport management. 
• Building Adobe standard documentation. 
• Providing on-call support during weekdays and weekends. 

Certifications and Additional Knowledge: 

• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration is a plus. 
• SAP BASIS/NetWeaver certification is beneficial. 
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori is helpful. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
