Location: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Dublin, Molesworth Street) and remote working ( 3 days in the office & 2 days Remote)
Start Date: September 2026
This role is being offered as a 3.5-year training contract
Our Finance Team
We’re made up of small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily involved in ongoing projects. Modern careers in finance are grounded not only in solid finance and accounting skills and experience, but also in data analysis and management. We provide full support in achieving your professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CFA), along with a generous study leave policy for further backing.
Our Programme puts an emphasis on providing the opportunity to gain experience in different roles across Finance through rotations. Each graduate will rotate at least once over the course of the programme into areas of the business such as:
- Financial Reporting
- Management Accounting
- Regulatory Reporting
- Statistical Reporting
- Capital and Liquidity Management
- Cost Management
- Project Accounting
- Finance Business Partners
- Finance Services

Entry Requirements:
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
- Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2026 – March 2030). Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
