KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage contract manufacturer relationships, overseeing the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle to ensure timely, in-spec, and in-full production that supports healthy inventory levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on an ongoing basis; partner with Procurement to identify backup suppliers and onboard new contract manufacturers as needed.
  • Identify and implement cost-efficiency strategies across all finished goods SKUs to support margin improvement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to purchase orders, production timelines, and release schedules, ensuring timely updates and clear communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product development, packaging updates, and quality control (QC) processes to ensure smooth execution and adherence to standards.
  • Support the transition to a new ERP system, working cross-functionally to ensure production processes and data inputs are aligned, timely, and accurate.
  • Coordinate issue resolution for production delays, quality concerns, or inventory discrepancies in partnership with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
  • Participate in supply planning meetings to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, production, or operations management, preferably within the CPG or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of managing external partners and overseeing the full lifecycle of finished goods production
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with the ability to perform basic data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with or implementing ERP systems is a plus

  • Takes initiative and follows through on tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes.

Process-Oriented:

  • Comfortable creating or refining SOPs and ensuring repeatable, scalable production practices.
