About This Opportunity:
The Product Data Analyst is the main point of contact between the Data Strategy team and Product Managers, and will work closely with the product management team to analyze product data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve Docebo’s products.Responsibilities include supervising other Data Analysts, which will be functionally allocated to product teams, and supporting them in translating Business requirements from the PMs into functional and technical specifications for the Data Engineers / Architects.This role will require strong collaboration with Data Engineering, knowledge of data structures, expertise in Data Analytics and business acumen, in order to drive our emerging data solutions (Product DWH, analytic data-marts), which will become the foundations for the self-service Data Strategy, for both internal and external clients.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, and in one or more analytical-oriented languages such as Python (plus) or R.
• Proven experience in analytics for the business, and being able to independently carry on activities and manage stakeholders.
• Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau will be considered a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency is a must.
• Business acumen to understand practical implications of data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of experience in product data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with Product Managers and act as an “internal consultant”, providing recommendations for product improvement based on data insights.
• Identify key metrics and develop KPIs to track product performance.
• Analyze large sets of product data using SQL and other analytical tools, and help design new datasets to boost Docebo’s analytical capabilities.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to product management and other stakeholders.
• Support other Data Analysts, and help structure a robust Product Data Analytics function in Docebo.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Support in designing and conducting A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
• Drive data projects to completion in a timely manner that meet Docebo's business objectives.
• Write and proofread documentation (we use Confluence) to keep our knowledge base up-to-date.
