Where you come in:
You will be responsible for set-up, troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment in Production.
You will support basic equipment qualification, inventory management, and calibration tracking activities with record keeping. Following GMP guidelines
You will assist with basic troubleshooting, repairing and test production equipment.
You will order new tools and replacement parts.
You will be the liaison between Manufacturing, Manufacturing Equipment Support, and Calibration team.
What makes you successful:
You have experience in daily set up and shut down of production equipment such as CNC Mills, Polishers, and other equipment, as assigned.
You have experience routinely monitor production equipment. Adjust equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
You have experience replacing, requesting, and maintaining new fixtures.
You have experience updating equipment records in RAM or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping system.
You have experience with manufacturing equipment and maintenance.
You have experience with MS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience and Education
Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.
