This role ensures that all samples, stylist kits, and closet inventory are organized, tracked, and ready for use across eCommerce and editorial shoots. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Order items for stylist kits</li> <li>Order new/replacement filler</li> <li>Ensure closet items are scannable</li> <li>Ensure items are rotated out of closet after 2 weeks</li> <li>Present new styling pieces in daily styling meeting</li> <li>Compile new season basic lists for approval</li> <li>Compile trends pieces for approval</li> <li>Assist in training team new team members on&nbsp; netsuite, adp, scanner program</li> <li>Editorial packing/unpacking supervision</li> <li>Sample returns</li> <li>Create Editorial Credits spreadsheet&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate with buying to get a list of items to order Communicate with Stylist to get a list of items to order</li> <li>Order items fro
