RCS-Associate R - Bloomington Hospital

The role involves efficiently and effectively handling calls through the Primary Care scheduling system, playing a crucial role in delivering an optimal patient experience. The incumbent must maintain professionalism, courtesy, and expertise while aiding callers in receiving personalized care. This remote position requires in-office training for at least one week, which may extend up to four weeks based on the individual's prior experience with Cerner and the team's requirements. The schedule for this position is day shift, Monday through Friday. 

•At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
