Patient Coordinator- Advanced Orthodontic Care

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
• Answer high call volume and schedule new and existing patients for orthodontic treatment
• Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
• Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
• Update necessary documents in the patient chart 
• Outbound calls to patients to confirm upcoming appointments
• Additional duties as needed, such as assisting with baking fresh cookies daily, laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in a common area, and any other necessary tasks in our office
• Being able to drive to the post office
• Posting of payments to patients' accounts
• Answer Emails, texts, and other forms of communication
• Confident in using Microsoft - Word, Excel, and teams

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an Orthodontic front office setting
• Customer Service experience 3 years
• Passion for delivering the best experience
• Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
