Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (Eze Castle Integration, Inc., Boston, MA): Drive the strategic development of software product roadmaps; Facilitate client workshops to gather comprehensive product specifications; Provide agile project oversight, leveraging Scrum/Agile methodologies to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements; Translate business requirements into design concepts, technical specifications, and epic stories; Conduct thorough testing of endpoints, authentication, headers, and parameters; Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights, drive data-driven decision making, and support evidence-based strategies; Design wireframes to create compelling mock-ups and proofs of concept, effectively communicating design concepts and enhancing user experience through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and data scientists, to build robust data pipeline solutions, advanced analytics frameworks, and enable data-guided decision-making; Champion the creation of detailed PRDs; Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to integrate design elements, enhance UX, and deliver intuitive and visually appealing software products; Redesign legacy platforms and develop roadmaps for digital transformation by actively performing tool identification, conducting SWOT analysis, and vetting; Background in leading technology efforts for an Outdoor Adventure Company, working across business groups: Marketing, Finance, HR/HC, and Business Development; and Fundamental understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and its applications.

Must have the following skills and experience in order to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira; Experience with Python IDEs, Postman, HTML and database management systems; Expert proficiency in API integration and Excel and Data Visualization tools (PowerBI); Knowledge of Balsamiq or Invision for wireframing; Ability to manage multiple development efforts concurrently; Experience creating business presentations, including report writing; Good understanding of product management frameworks; Background in building consumer facing mobile applications and websites with scalability; Prior knowledge of consumer goods market and industry trends; Experience employing techniques such as regression analysis, predictive modeling, and data segmentation; Ability to understand complex client ecosystems; and Experience working across business groups: Marketing, Finance, HR/HC, and Business Development.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management or related field and at least three years of experience as a Product Manager or similar occupation. Option to work from home available.

Salary: $107,952 – $125,000 per year.
