Your role in our mission

• Creating and maintaining detailed, accurate data quality reporting and analysis.
• Documentation, monitoring and maintenance of data quality rules.
• Conducting and supporting root-cause analysis of data quality issues.
• Creation, design, and maintenance of data quality documentation refining content as more detail, technical specifications, and deferred material are acquired.
• Working with ETL/Reporting/Conversion teams to support coding efforts, rapidly understanding and prioritizing implications derived from data quality analysis.
• Performing research and requirement analysis.
• Using SQL, data models, data element dictionary, and schema to perform data and business analysis.
• Presenting findings, analysis, and approach recommendations to appropriate team members, clients, and vendors to build consensus about design.
• Determining best practices and providing suggestions on how to improve current practices.
• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Creating use cases for area of responsibility.
• Supporting Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Working closely with configuration team and DBAs to ensure synchronicity of configuration.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Data Analyst/Data Steward in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims, preferably in Medicaid
• 2 or more years of SQL experience 
• 2 or more years of Collibra Data Tools experience
• Data quality rule creation and maintenance experience
• Data quality root-cause analysis and reporting experience

What you should expect in this role

• Remote Opportunity- USA. Candidate selected must travel to West Sacramento frequently.
• Video cameras bust be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
