Your role in our mission
- Creating and maintaining detailed, accurate data quality reporting and analysis.
- Documentation, monitoring and maintenance of data quality rules.
- Conducting and supporting root-cause analysis of data quality issues.
- Creation, design, and maintenance of data quality documentation refining content as more detail, technical specifications, and deferred material are acquired.
- Working with ETL/Reporting/Conversion teams to support coding efforts, rapidly understanding and prioritizing implications derived from data quality analysis.
- Performing research and requirement analysis.
- Using SQL, data models, data element dictionary, and schema to perform data and business analysis.
- Presenting findings, analysis, and approach recommendations to appropriate team members, clients, and vendors to build consensus about design.
- Determining best practices and providing suggestions on how to improve current practices.
- Maintaining confidentiality and complying with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Creating use cases for area of responsibility.
- Supporting Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Working closely with configuration team and DBAs to ensure synchronicity of configuration.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Data Analyst/Data Steward in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims, preferably in Medicaid
- 2 or more years of SQL experience
- 2 or more years of Collibra Data Tools experience
- Data quality rule creation and maintenance experience
- Data quality root-cause analysis and reporting experience
What you should expect in this role
- Remote Opportunity- USA. Candidate selected must travel to West Sacramento frequently.
- Video cameras bust be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
