Desired Length of Employment: Fall 2024 / Spring 2025

Pay Rate: $12.00 

Job Description: 

Responsible for checking customers out & providing excellent customer service.  Light paperwork involved & knowledge of basic computer functions.  Must be able to run a register efficiently & effectively as well as have the ability to handle money, make change, change paper on machines & work with management to maintain a balanced register.

Need good verbal, human relation & basic math skills.  Bilingual is preferred, but not required.  Will need to answer incoming phone calls & transfer them accordingly.

Work environment is in a warehouse facility with an infrequent need to work outside of the facility.  Bulk of time will be spent standing & will need to be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

$12.00 Per Hour

All applicants must be Federal Work Study (FWS) Eligible. 
 

• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to community service  
• Provide excellent customer service to constituents  
• Utilize available resources to perform duties accordingly  
• Serve to enhance outreach for the greater Waco community  
• Must be federal work study eligible
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
